📌 The Location

You can find the Tristenbachalm at the address: Floite 290, A-6295 Ginzling (-> Google Maps).

To get to the Tristenbachalm, first travel to Ginzling, if you’re not already there. From Mayrhofen in the Zillertal, you can reach Ginzling by car via the B169 or by taking bus 4102 from Mayrhofen train station.

Free parking spaces are available around the distinctive Nature Park House in Ginzling.

From there, a 30- to 45-minute walk along the access road leads to the Tristenbachalm. Just follow the signs towards Floitental and Tristenbachalm.

If you prefer not to walk, you can use the local car service provided by Max Fankhauser at +43 664 1029354 or any taxi service of your choice.

Buses up to a maximum height of 3.8 meters can drive up to the hut. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can reserve the turnaround area.

Important Note About the Access Road:
The road from Ginzling to the Alm is closed to public traffic. In exceptional cases, driving may be permitted after prior arrangement with the host, but this is done at your own risk.
In winter, a driving ban is strictly enforced!
